Visiting the Cariboo this summer? Or do you live here and want to enjoy some nature & countryside from the back of a horse?

ELS Equine can provide private trail rides for families (5-6 riders). This area is full of beautiful trails with stunning views, history, wildlife, cows and creeks! ELS Equine will incorporate some instructional aspects to your trail ride, so that you're not just taking home memories of gorgeous sights, but some new skills as well!

To help us keep our special rides private, well organized and as enjoyable as possible, rides must be booked in advance, see the contact page on this site. Our rides are tailored to the ability of the least capable rider and are usually walk/trot only, thank you for respecting our insurance policy. All riders 19 and under must wear helmets (can be provided), although helmets are recommended for ALL riders.

1 Hour rides - $23/rider

2 Hour rides - $40/rider (not recommended for beginners)
